Rapid Space Ltd is the exclusive, worldwide licence‐holder for the Rapido System. This is a new and innovative modular construction system that uses lightweight steel beams, legs, balustrades, staircases and accessories in the construction of temporary and permanent single, double and multistory structures.
Structures can be simple or complex, of standard design or bespoke. Rapid Space Ltd offers a free consultation and design service, assisting with technical and implementation expertise.
Birthed in South Africa in 2000, the newly rebranded Rapido Vision System now supplies approximately 90% of the double‐story exhibition market in that country. Rapid Space Ltd has now launched in the UK, bringing a fresh wealth of experience and innovation to the European market.

Rapid Space launch the new Rapido System
The new Rapido Vision System from Rapid Space is specifically designed for use in the exhibitions industry for the building of double-story exhibition stands.
Due to its unique, modular, bolt-together structure, it is quick to erect and break down. Unlike conventional double story stands It does not require welding, cutting, power tools, or heavy lifting equipment to build and can be built using unskilled labour.
Best of all, it is reusable, making it very environmentally friendly. Once a show is over the structure is unbolted and put back into the warehouse where it will be used in the construction of future stands.

The man behind the dream
I´d like to share with you a snippet of the Billy Hunter Story. Maybe one day he will tell you the whole story himself, which I found at times I could hardly believe − the trials, tribulations, pain, suffering, inspiration and courage of an ordinary man who has never lost his dream.
At the turn of the century, whilst others were celebrating, Billy Hunter was battling to keep his nose
above water.Everything was going wrong, and just as he was about to give up on hope he was offered a job with Workshop 510, owned by a friend, Rolf Frobus. Workshop 510 was an exhibition company and although Billy was a Master Artisan and builder by trade he was a bit nervous of a move into this industry, but he nevertheless jumped at the opportunity.
Billy quickly learned the trade of putting together double story steel...
